Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the Echo Growth website and services. By using either, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or services.
2. Our services
Echo Growth provides done-for-you lead generation, including paid ad management, landing pages, AI lead qualification, CRM setup, and reporting. Specific scope, deliverables, and fees are confirmed in a separate engagement agreement.
3. Fees and ad spend
Service fees are billed monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the relevant ad platforms (e.g. Meta, Google) and is not included in our fees.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, respond to leads in a timely manner, comply with applicable laws (including consumer and advertising rules), and have the rights to any content you supply to us.
5. Results
We work hard to deliver results, but performance depends on factors outside our control (market conditions, your capacity, your sales process). We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, jobs, or revenue.
6. Intellectual property
We retain ownership of our underlying systems, templates, and processes. You retain ownership of your brand assets and the data generated by your campaigns. You receive a licence to use deliverables for your own business while engaged with us.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other’s non-public information confidential and use it only to deliver or receive the services.
8. Termination
Either party may end the engagement with 30 days’ written notice unless agreed otherwise. Fees due up to the termination date remain payable.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the services is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
